A resident of Point Pleasant, New Jersey, Frank Cardia has been in financial services for nearly 30 years. Presently, Frank Cardia is the managing partner at Augurey Ventures, a firm that he founded.
As head of Augurey Ventures, Frank Cardia helps accredited individuals, high-net-worth clients, and qualified venture groups access investment opportunities in companies before they become publicly traded. He also assists these clients in gaining access to emerging, valuable alternative investments that are usually available only to large institutional investors.
Mr. Cardia has 30 years of experience in financial services and a deep knowledge of stocks, bonds, options, fixed-income investments, and private equity. In the case of private equity funds, he has experience in their operations, management, and structuring. His expertise includes managing multiple private equity funds. Over the course of his career, he has assisted in completing over $1 billion in venture capital transactions.
In addition to his work in financial services, Mr. Cardia is a member of the Financial Planning Association. His service to the community includes donating to breast cancer and participating in a food drive at a food shelter in Jersey City. In his free time, he enjoys running, biking, swimming, reading, traveling, and spending time with his family.
